 Hotel Features. Hotel One Suzhou's lobby features stone floors, recessed lighting and oval chandeliers emitting red light. An ultra-modern theme of vibrant colors and a variety of innovative lighting techniques continues throughout the hotel's public areas. The Lobby Lounge serves coffees and pastries from mid-morning to early evening, then transforms into a bar with a DJ at night. IN Restaurant serves fusion cuisine from an open kitchen, and is open during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Dishes are a blend of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Western, and Indian cuisine.  Expert Tip. Suzhou is noted for the number and variety of its gardens. The Master of Nets Garden, nine kilometers from the hotel, is the smallest. Designed as a maze with screens and separated sections to create the illusion of space, the garden includes a pool, stone bridges, rock gardens, stands of bamboo and courtyards.
