The Villa Letan is a modern hotel complex located in Peroj, 12 kilometres north of Pula and opposite the Brijuni National Park archipelago; the coast is only 800 metres from the hotel and affords it a view of the sea. All 54 guestrooms have air-conditioning and balconies with views of the surrounding park or the sea, and are equipped with direct-dial phones, cable television and minibars.  The decor of the rooms is neutral with blue carpets and modern wooden furniture.
The hotel's restaurant is open daily and serves a wide range of regional cuisine from an à la carte menu.  The restaurant also has a bar and dining hall opening onto a terrace, suitable for business lunches, banquets and other functions.  A conference hall is available which can accommodate up to 120 delegates.
