The "Branimir Centre," the complex that houses the Hotel Arcotel Allegra and a multiplex cinema, is located in the heart of the Croatian capital.  The hotel has been designed as a wonderful Mediterranean haven for demanding guests. The lobby is reminiscent of an atrium in the south, where one would sit in order to escape from the heat.  The lobby and restaurant contain sandstone color marble from Brac. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with incredible Mediterranean specialties, and (because it is an Austrian- owned hotel) Austrian cuisine.  The bar is an Italian-style café during the day, and, at night, one of the city's in- places.
