Location.  The Hotel La Solitude is located in Lourdes, France, on the banks of the river Gave and at the entrance of the Sanctuaries Our Lady of Lourdes. The railway station is one kilometre from the hotel. The airport is 10 kilometres away.

From Lourdes Tarbes Airport (LDE):
Distance to Hotel La Solitude is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Taxi or private car is the only way to travel to Lourdes from the airport. Taxis are available to coincide with flights, and cost approximately 25 EUR to Lourdes city centre and the hotel. The price is subject to change.

Getting around. Lourdes is very compact and can easily be explored by foot. Train services connect Lourdes to many major cities, including Marseille, Lyon, Nice, Bordeaux and Toulouse. Three trains per day run to Gare d'Austerlitz in Paris. Hiring a car is suggested for visiting the Midi-Pyrenees countryside.
