Distance to Mercure Am Stresemannplatz is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The Düsseldorf Airport rail station is located on a major axis of Europe's railway network, with approximately 300 trains stopping there every day. A free monorail runs between the terminal building and the railway station. The S7 S-Bahn train leaves from the airport's underground station, located on the terminal building's lower level. Take a train towards Solingen-Ohligs for the city centre. The single fare is around 2 EUR. Buses number 721 and SB51 travel to the city centre, and there are buses to the fair ground.
