Location.  The Vedema Resort is located in Santorini, Greece, five kilometres from the Akrotiri excavations. It is seven kilometres from Santorini Airport and 10 kilometres from Thira.
Hotel Features.  Based in a historic winery, the resort has a private beach and outdoor pool. Guests can relax in the sauna, Turkish bath or open-air spa tub. Traditional Santorinian beauty treatments are available. An art gallery and jewellery boutique are on site, and the hotel also provides public Internet access for a fee.

Vedema Resort offers wine tasting and caviar in the Canava wine bar. The Vinsanto restaurant boasts sea views and serves Mediterranean cuisine. The more informal Pergola dining area is by the pool and serves traditional Greek dishes. There is also a private dining area with butler service that can be hired by guests. Complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily.

The complex houses conference facilities that can accommodate 90 people. Business services are also available.

Guests are offered complimentary bicycles to explore the island. A complimentary bus service operates from the hotel to the private beach, where staff can help organise private bonfire dinners. The staff also run yoga classes on site.
