Location. La Duquesa Townhouses are located in Malaga, Spain, only five-hundred kilometers from La Duquesa Golf Course. Two kilometers from the property, the market town of Sabinillas offers a sandy beach as well as shopping and dining opportunities.
Hotel Features. La Duquesa Townhouses welcome guests with complimentary parking and a complimentary bundle of groceries (through December 31, 2007). The grounds feature two outdoor pools surrounded by verdant lawns. A property representative offers twenty-four hour assistance and will organize excursions to nearby areas of interest, including Cordoba, Tangiers and Granada.

Guestrooms. La Duquesa Townhouses are comprised of fifty townhomes. The homes display Spanish styling in sunny shades. Each townhome features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. Living rooms offer overstuffed sofas and televisions with CD and DVD players.  Additionally, the furnished patio provides fresh air dining accommodations while the rooftop terrace invites private sunbathing. As an added convenience, townhomes also furnish washing machines. A supply of complimentary bottled water adds a refreshing touch.

Key Collection Instructions:
After leaving Malaga Airport, follow the exit road until reaching the first roundabout. Take the third exit off this roundabout, and turn right at the NIZA garage. Continue for approximately 200 metres to the EASY PARKING on the left-hand side. EASY PARKING is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Guests should collect their apartment or townhouse keys from EASY PARKING.
All guests will be required to sign an inventory form, show a valid passport and give credit card details. Should guests need to contact the resort on their outward journey they should call the OVP Travel Office.
Prior to travel guests should call the hotel to confirm flight details and to leave a mobile contact number.
