Location. Towering 22 stories over Raidamri Road in central Bangkok, Thailand, the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is within walking distance of Erawan Shrine, a Hindu shrine that contains the image of Brahma. From Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK):
Approximate travel time is 40 minutes and distance is 35 kilometers (21 miles).
The best way to get to the hotel is by car or taxi. Rental cars are not recommended for travelers unfamiliar with this area.
Turn left onto Bangkok-Chonburi Highway and continue straight onto the expressway.
Take the exit for Sukhumvit and turn left onto Ploenchit Road.
The hotel is at the corner of the Rajprasong/Rajdamiri intersection, next to the Erawan Shrine.
