Distance to Mina Boutique Hotel is 15 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

Getting there.  Both airport terminals are connected to the metro system, which runs to the city centre, and the nearest station to the hotel is Sultanahmet, 100 metres away. Single tickets cost approximately 1 TRY. The Havas Airport bus departs every 30 minutes for the main bus terminal and Taksim Square, in central Istanbul. Journey time is approximately 30 minutes. Bus number 96 runs between the airport and the city centre, and a shuttle bus runs to the port. Taxis wait outside Arrivals; fixed prices are in place and the fare to the hotel should be approximately 30-35 TRY. At night, there is a 50 per cent surcharge. Prices are subject to change.

Getting around.  Istanbul's extensive public transport system includes buses, metros (underground trains), trains, trams, sea buses, and ferries. Tickets can be purchased from main stops, stations, or kiosks prior to boarding. Istanbul's yellow taxis are reasonably priced, but travellers should ensure the meter is used. A cheaper alternative is to use a 'dolmus' (minibus or shared taxi). Driving is not advised for visitors.

Driving directions. From the airport, follow Kennedy Street along the seafront until reaching Sirkeci Station.
Follow Ataturk Street to the railway line, and after crossing, the hotel is found on the first street to the right, Dostluk Yurdu.
