Cliff Cottage Inn Luxury B&B Suites & Historic Cottages is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Eureka Springs, a Victorian artist colony nestled in the Ozark Mountains. The inn features five historic homes perched side by side on a hillside with off street guest parking and just 17 steps down to all shops, art galleries and fine restaurants.
Each house is filled with heirloom antiques and original art and has two large private-entrance Jacuzzi suites.  The two individual historic cottages have fully-equipped kitchens and private outdoor hot tubs.

The inn has its own in-house massage therapist and the innkeeper will be happy to arrange appointments for an array of treatments. The inn's elf is also delighted to make reservations for the Passion Play, Music Shows, Carriage Rides, Canoe Excursions and Horseback riding. There is a golf course nearby for discounted golf. The inn also offers Elopement Weddings.

Each suite and cottage is decorated with antiques and original art, designer linens and towels and many feature faux fireplaces. All suites and cottages are set up with complimentary Champagne or white wine in the suite/cottage fridge and a full-gourmet silver tray breakfast is delivered to the suite (optional extra to the cottages. All have individually thermostat- controlled heating and air-conditioning, sound therapy machines, televisions, CD/tape players, free video library, luxury bathrobes, iron/ironing boards, and refrigerators. Cliff Cottage Inn features three beautifully restored historic houses all in a row. The standard king room is located in the Cliff Cottage, an Eastlake Queen Anne Victorian built in 1880, which is a State and National Historic Landmark. The suites in this cottage have their own private front porches overlooking all of downtown and also private decks tucked into the three-story high rock bluff. The standard queen room and deluxe queen room are located in The Place Next Door Suites, a beautiful Victorian replica built next door to the Cliff Cottage. There is a serene koi pond at the front door of this house with a waterfall coming down the bluff ending in another pond. This house is filled with antiques and original art, and both upstairs suites have private balconies. The deluxe king room is located in The Artist's Cottage, a newly renovated 1910 Arts & Craftsman cottage. This suite features Victorian stained glass, a king canopy bed, and a private porch. All of the suites have two-person jacuzzis, CD players and most have fireplaces. The cottage has a two-person walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen. This newly renovated cottage dates back to the 1900s, when it was used as a stained glass studio. Guests will enjoy its artistic ambiance, original massive beams and age-old native stone walls. All accommodations offer air conditioning, alarm clock radio, balcony or deck, bathrobes, cable TV, and coffeemaker.

42 Armstrong Street, Eureka Springs, AR - From Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport: Make a slight right turn onto Airport Boulevard/Regional Avenue when departing airport. Turn left onto AS-264/Healing Springs Road and continue for 3.8 miles. Turn left onto AR-112/North Main Street. Continue to follow AR-112 for approximately five miles. Turn right onto AR-12 and continue for approximately two miles. Merge onto US-62 East/US-71 North via the ramp on the left and continue for a little over a mile. Take the US-62/AR-102 Exit 86 toward Bentonville/Rogers. Turn right onto US-62/SE 14th Street and continue to follow US-62 for approximately 36 miles. Turn left onto AR-23/South Main Street. Continue for almost a half mile and turn right onto Armstrong Street to the property.
