Location. Lookout Cottages Bed and Breakfast is tucked away on a hilltop in the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs, Ark. The historic district of downtown Eureka Springs is a short trolley ride or a 20-minute walk from the property. With its well-preserved Victorian architecture, the entire downtown area is listed on the National Register of Historic Sites. The Great Passion Play is two miles from Lookout Cottages.
Features. As guests enter the stately wrought-iron gate that stands as a sentry to this four-acre, turn-of-the-century estate, they will feel transformed by the gentility of times past. Guests are invited to stroll the grounds and take in the wooded scenery, flower gardens, fountain and gazebo. As the earliest visitors to Eureka Springs discovered, a stay in these quarters renews and rejuvenates the spirit. The lodging facilities have been lovingly restored to honor their historic elements. Modern amenities have been tastefully incorporated for the comfort of guests. A complimentary full breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Each room/suite offers complimentary champagne (upon request), specialty coffee, cocoa, tea and popcorn.

Guestrooms. The Manor House, a magnificent plantation-style home built in 1902, offers three guestrooms on the second floor. All of the rooms have queen beds with luxurious linens, private full baths, televisions with DVD players, CD players, wraparound verandas and beautiful views. Special features in the rooms include a brass bed, Victorian-style white iron bed or oak and leather sleigh bed, hardwood floors, lace curtains, and a library in the Sunset suite with windows lining three sides. Each room has air conditioning, wireless Internet access and a telephone. Also on the grounds is Lookout Cottage, a charming country cottage, once owned by the family who cared for the grounds, and the Gatehouse, now two private and separate deluxe suites.
