Location. Overlooking the Yampa Valley from a hillside location, The Ranch at Steamboat is a condominium complex in Steamboat Springs, Colo. Summer or winter, Steamboat is the place to be for outdoor recreation. Opportunities exist for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and of course skiing and snowboarding. Dozens of galleries and almost 70 bars and restaurants are positioned about town, providing off- mountain entertainment. Lincoln Avenue, between Fifth and Ninth Streets, is where most of the more interesting galleries and shops are located. The Strawberry Park Hot Springs are just over five miles from the condos and several other springs are located nearby.
Features. The complex features an outdoor pool, three jetted tubs, a fitness center, a sauna and tennis courts. Conference space for up to 200 guests is available and complimentary high-speed Internet access is available. Safe-deposit boxes are located at the front desk, which, during ski season, is open 24-hours and offers concierge services. Ski shuttles transport guests from lodging to ski areas.

Guestrooms. The resort offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condos featuring balconies, fireplaces and kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, ranges and dishwashers. Take Highway 40 East for approximately 22 miles to Steamboat.
Continue through downtown to the Mt. Werner Exit.
Turn left on Resort Drive, and turn left again into the Resort Group Building parking lot.
Approximate driving time is 34 minutes and distance is 26.5 miles.
