Driving Directions - Waterford Townhomes

Guests check in at Timber Run, 2015 Walton Creek Road, Steamboat Springs, CO - From Yampa Valley Regional Airport:  Exit the airport and proceed to Highway 40. Turn right and take Highway 40 approximately 20 miles East to Steamboat Springs. At Walton Creek Road, turn left and proceed East for approximately one mile to Timber Run. It will be on your right.

From Denver International Airport: Exit the airport onto Pena Boulevard and continue for 10 miles to I-70 West. Take I-70 West approximately 78 miles to Dillon/Silverthorn Exit 205. Proceed North on CO 9 approximately 38 miles to Kremmling. Turn left onto US Highway 40 West and follow for 50 miles to Steamboat Springs. At Walton Creek Road, turn right and proceed East for approximately one mile to Timber Run. It will be on your right.
