Location. Located in the center of the Arapahoe National Forest, the Beaver Village condominiums are four miles from Mary Jane ski area in Winter Park, Colo. Beautiful mountain vistas create a backdrop for outdoor fun in this year-round resort community. This tiny village of Winter Park hosts one of the largest ski areas in Colorado. Lakes and reservoirs located nearby offer fishing and other recreational opportunities, and the area is prime for hiking and mountain biking. Other area pursuits include an alpine slide, a climbing wall, a human maze and several golf courses. Complimentary shuttle service transports guests from the resort to the main village and back.

Hotel Features. The resort features a lounge with a fireplace and a clubhouse with a game room. The indoor pool is heated and there are jetted tubs and sauna on site. Conference space is available. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Barbeque grills are located on site. There are laundry facilities available for guests' use. Safe-deposit boxes and computer rentals are also available on site.

Expert Tip. Visitors can avoid the mountain drive by taking the Ski Train from Denver, a comfortable and historic route that starts in Denver and drops off at the base of Winter Park. Majestic mountain vistas can be viewed from the train, which cuts under the Continental Divide through the Moffat Tunnel.
