This Destin area condominium complex features a tropically landscaped courtyard, where a 3,000-square foot gulf view lagoon pool and poolside spa are set against the backdrop of emerald waters and sugar white sand. Mediterranea of Destin offers expansive beachfront access from which guests can soak up the sun, swim and relax. Each two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom condominium includes fully equipped kitchens and living and dining areas. All kitchens include stoves, refrigerators, toasters, blenders, microwave ovens, dishwashers and coffeemakers. Guests can relax with family and friends and enjoy views from their private balcony. Other amenities include jetted tubs in the master bathrooms, climate controls, cable television with VCRs and washers and dryers.

Guests must be 25 years or older to check in. Photo identification is required. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay. During Spring Break (March 20 to April 8) there must be one parent/legal guardian for every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations made by parents/legal guardians who do not check in, and parents leaving overnight is not allowed. Any reservations made under false pretense will forfeit the total amount of reservation.    A $50 non refundable damage deposit waiver will be collected at check-in.
Cancellation penalties due to weather related issues are only waived in the event that the property is not accepting any additional reservations for the dates that the guest is already reserved for.  In the event that the property is still operational, all cancellation penalties will apply.
