Location. The Newman-Dailey Studios are located directly across the street from Miramar Beach and the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida. Known as the Emerald Coast, this area of Florida is popular for it fishing fleets and is one Florida's fastest growing vacation destinations.    There are dozens of galleries and unique shops in the area along with several challenging golf courses. Other area activities include boating, scuba diving and parasailing.
Hotel Features. The property maintains a year-round outdoor pool surrounded by a sundeck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Two barbeque areas are on site. Beach service is available seasonally.

Guestrooms. Each of the one- and two-bedroom townhouse-style accommodations features a private balcony or patio facing the Gulf. All units have full kitchens with refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges and microwave ovens. Other amenities include cable television and VCRs.

Expert Tip. 14 miles from the resort is Grayton Beach State Park, which boasts one of America's finest beaches and the quaint Victorian village of Seaside, where the Jim Carrey movie The Truman Show was filmed. Interesting shops and galleries make up the much of the town, which is inhabited primarily by artists, writers and other creative types.


A $55 non-refundable damage waiver fee will be collected at check-in. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

 Guests must be 25 years or older to check in. Photo identification is required. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay. During Spring Break (March 3 to April 21) there must be one parent/legal guardian for every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations made by parents/legal guardians who do not check in, and parents leaving overnight is not allowed.
Any reservations made under false pretense or by adults not staying in the unit will forfeit the total amount of reservation.

A cleaning surcharge of $55 (subject to change) is collected at check-in for stays of less than four nights.
