Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Majestic Sun sits across the street from the white sandy beaches of Destin, Fla. This 12- story property looms over a two-lane street that runs parallel to Highway 98, and is within walking distance to local restaurants.
Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Majestic Sun boasts a multi-level 3,500-square-foot indoor/outdoor pool that boasts an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This property also offers tennis courts and two hot tubs. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the off-site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service, which includes two chairs and one umbrella, is also offered.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Majestic Sun are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.

Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.   This resort's fitness center will be closed for renovation until early January 2007 (completion dates subject to change).
