Location. ResortQuest Rentals at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, Fla., is located across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park on the white sand beaches fronting the Gulf of Mexico. Henderson State Park, which offers hiking along dune-lined nature trails replete with wildlife, is one-and-one-quarter miles away. This high-rise condo resort is located on Highway 98 approximately seven miles from shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Features. This 18-story beachfront resort offers ocean-side dining at Sunny D's Beachside Bar, a tiki bar serving traditional barbecue fare, pizza and refreshments. The SunDestin Bar & Grill, open year-round, offers fresh seafood and a kid's menu. High-speed wireless Internet access and fax services are available for a fee. ResortQuest Rentals at SunDestin Beach Resort features an indoor and outdoor pool, two Jacuzzi tubs and a game room. A fitness center, gift shop and shuffleboard courts are also available. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent in front of the resort. The resort's kid's club, which offers organized activities such as arts and crafts for a fee, runs during select hours each day.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at SunDestin Beach Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units, and additional towels can be rented for a fee.
