Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Beach Manor features an outdoor pool on site. The fitness center, Jacuzzi tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, along with other resort amenities, are located at the Tops'l Club. A small golf course is also available at the resort. Tops'l Beach Resort is well-known for it tennis courts, which accommodate anyone from beginners to experts. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on-site office. Complimentary tram service is available seasonally. Beach service and seasonal children's activities are available for an additional fee.
