Location. Magical Memories Villas in Kissimmee, Fla., is close to Orlando theme parks and other central Florida attractions. These villas are located in several forested suburban areas five miles from Walt Disney World.
Features. Each villa complex features a central sunning courtyard with a small pool and a jetted tub. An adjacent clubhouse offers a pool table, video-game room and movie rentals. Other amenities include a fitness center, a sauna and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Barbecue grills are located on the property.

Exit airport (south exit) to Greeneway Express (Route 417).
Take Greeneway (Route 417) south to Exit #6 Route 535.
Turn left onto Route 535 and continue to S.R. 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway). Turn right onto S.R. 192.
At the next light, Poinciana Boulevard, turn left.
