Location. Westgate Vacation Villas, located on 206 acres in Kissimmee, Fla., is just one mile from the Walt Disney World Resort main entrance. Disney's Animal Kingdom is two-and-one-half miles away and Disney-MGM Studios is within five miles of the resort. Epcot and Disney World Magic Kingdom are both within seven miles.
Features. Westgate Vacation Villas has a marketplace and deli, Pizza Hut offering pickup and delivery, a fine gift outlet and a Disney Planning Center. Guests of Westgate Vacation Villas enjoy 13 heated pools, a weight room, illuminated basketball and tennis courts, volleyball courts, shuffleboard, a game room and weekly tennis clinics with private lessons are available. Cookouts, children's activities, line dancing, bingo, poolside bands, carnivals and theme parties provide fun for the whole family. There is a marina on site offering paddleboat rentals, an Activities Center and a Kid's Club. Bicycles are available for rides through the extensive grounds.

Guestrooms. With over 2,500 villas, there are appropriate accommodations for every family. These studios and one- and two-bedroom villas offer cable television and central air conditioning. Villas feature fully equipped kitchens with icemakers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, full-size ranges and dishwashers. All villas feature a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and dining area. Villas that sleep eight and select one- and two-bedroom units have jetted tubs. Two-bedroom villas offer a full-size washer and dryer. Parking is provided outside each unit.
