Located on the shores of Crescent Lake in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., Disney's BoardWalk Villas is less than one mile from Epcot Center and Disney-MGM Studios. At Disney's BoardWalk Villas, guests can easily imagine they are at an old- fashioned Atlantic coastline boardwalk, complete with gas lampposts, shops and restaurants with canopied entrances and park benches facing the lake. At night, the resort glows with lights strung from the lampposts. The resort features a pool complex composed of two family pools, a children's pool, a 200-foot water slide and a spa tub. Leaping Horse Libations offers hot dogs and tropical drinks to poolside sunbathers. Depart via the south exit, take SR-417/Central Florida Greeneway.
Take Exit 6 in the direction of SR-535. Stay left at fork in ramp.
Merge onto International Drive and continue to SR-536.  
Follow signs to Epcot Resort Area, merge onto East Buena Vista Drive.
Turn right at Disney's BoardWalk Villas sign.
