Location. Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa is located on the property of the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The hotel is across the street from Downtown Disney and only a complimentary shuttle ride from the Disney theme parks.

Located along one of Florida's many waterways, the resort occupies 27 acres with a separate island containing three heated pools, a hot tub, sauna, lighted tennis court, basketball court and a sand volleyball court.
