Location. The Alling House Bed and Breakfast is located in Orange City, Fla., three miles from the Blue Spring State Park, and fishing, canoeing and kayaking on the St. John's River. Features. This Victorian home, built in 1908, features a large front porch with a swing, a goldfish pond, landscaped grounds, and a canopy of trees and a fountain in the back. Complimentary full breakfasts and afternoon tea are provided for guests in the main house, and are available for guests in the cottage for a fee. A common room on the second floor offers a computer station, complimentary wireless Internet access, cable television, videos, books, games, an ice machine and a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. The family room, parlor, dining rooms, a 1908 baby grand piano and a fireplace on the first floor are also available for guests' use. In-room massages are available by appointment. Pets are allowed in the cottage, but not in the guestrooms in the main house.
