Location. Grand Beach offers lakeside accommodations on Little Lake Bryan in Orlando, Fla. This resort is less than three miles from the unique shops, restaurants and entertainment of Downtown Disney, and four miles from SeaWorld Orlando. The Walt Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks are approximately nine miles away.
Features. Consisting of seven buildings stretching across 18 acres, this resort is connected by landscaped walkways complemented by gardens, palms and pine trees. High-speed Internet access is offered in public areas for a fee. The resort offers a private beach, water sports, a picnic area and a gazebo at the end of a dock. A freeform heated pool, a children's pool, spa tubs and a pond with a fountain are featured at the resort. Tennis, shuffleboard and basketball courts, a game room and a fitness center are also available. Daily scheduled activities, including arts and crafts, beach volleyball, poolside karaoke and bingo, are offered for children and adults for a fee. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guestrooms. Three-bedroom condominiums at Grand Beach offer three bathrooms. The master bathrooms are equipped with jetted tubs. Fully equipped kitchens include microwave ovens, stoves, blenders, refrigerators, coffeemakers, toasters and dishwashers. All units feature private, furnished screened-in balconies or patios. Satellite television, VCRs, and DVD and CD players are provided. The condos are equipped with washers and dryers.

Expert Tip. Fishing, canoeing and parasailing are offered at Little Lake Bryan. Paddle boat and wakeboard rentals are available on the beach.

The resort does not provide daily maid service, but a midweek cleaning is provided for stays of six nights or more. Cleaning fees are determined by the resort and are subject to change.

Renovation Notice:
This resort began renovations in one of its buildings in September 2006. The work involves replacement of tiles in guestrooms and public areas, with completion scheduled for November 2006 (completion date subject to change). Construction noise will take place Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. only. During this time, resort amenities will not be affected.

Take SR-436 North to Exit 1 (528 West).
Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), and turn left.
The street will turn into SR-535.
Turn left onto Lake Bryan Beach Boulevard and follow signs to the resort.
