Location. The Maison Perrier is located in the historic Uptown/Garden District of New Orleans, La. Features. This 1892 Victorian mansion, features soaring ceilings, ornamental woodwork, fireplaces, delicate chandeliers and antique furnishings. First- and second-floor porches run across the front of the house. The brick courtyard is surrounded by gardenias and hibiscus.
