Seven Hills Inn, one of Lenox's original Gilded Age mansions, is located right next door to Edith Wharton's The Mount and two miles from Tanglewood, the legendary summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.  Seven Hills Inn is less than five miles from the Norman Rockwell Museum, Chesterwood, the Kripalu Yoga Center and less than fifteen minutes to Jacob's Pillow, the Berkshire Theatre Festival and Shakespeare & Co. One of the longest-running inns in the Berkshires, Seven Hills Inn is one of the region's most popular sites for weddings, corporate meetings and parties. The restaurant at Seven Hills showcases the talents of the chef, Andrew McMeekin, and local legend Joan Embree serves locally grown, sophisticated comfort food. Complimentary continental breakfasts, cocktails and dinners are served in one of three leaded-glass dining rooms overlooking the estate's twenty-seven acres of private grounds and formal gardens. The restaurant also offers fireside dining in winter and terrace dining in summer.
