Location. The Southmoreland on the Plaza Bed & Breakfast is located in Kansas City, Mo., two blocks from the Country Club Plaza, a historic arts, shopping and entertainment district. Expert Tip. The inn's Carriage House is named after prominent landscape artist George Kessler, who designed the city's famous parks. The inn's namesake, Southmoreland Park, is adjacent to the inn.
