- From I-95 Take exit 8 and continue on Hwy 278 approximately 40   minutes. Once ovet the HHI Bridge, go approximately 4 miles to the   Cross Island Expressway there is a 1.00 toll. Follow Expressway   onto Palmetto Bay Rd. Enter Sea Pines Traffic Circle from Left lane   and follow circle to Pope Ave *2nd Right* take Pope Ave to   Coligny Circle. Exit onto South Forest Beach Dr. *1st Right* Drive   3/4 Mile, Grand Ocean will be on the Left.
